Reno@B Maisonette - HACKING!!! DEMOLITION!!!

1 week to get our floor hacking approval from HDB.
3 weeks to get our wall hacking approval from HDB.
And because our application for hacking permit has lapsed for the first application, we have to apply another time for the wall hacking.

Anyway! I'm really happy that we can proceed to knock the walls down!!! And if everything goes smoothly, next monday we can start hacking all the walls down.

This maisonette has one of the prettiest natural views I've ever seen! So green!!! Imagine if we can put a door at the courtyard and literally we can walk out into the garden space!!! Then it will feel almost like a landed house, wouldn't it.
