Reno@CCK Maisonette - Hacking works started

 study room on lower floor

kitchen - bye to the cabinets!
Common bathroom downstairs - floor tiles hacked and all sanitary fittings removed.

 Balcony flooring all removed.
Living room - sand piles. Cornices and flooring all removed.

master room condition - existing parquet has been protected, cornices all removed, some parts of the walls have been plastered and made good.

master bathroom - wall and floor tiles removed, cabinetry and all sanitary fittings have been removed too!
common bathroom - demolition completed and all debris cleared. Tiling works can start soon once the waterproofing is done.

This week we will be choosing the tiles with the couple, so once that's settled, there will be more updates to come! The entire flooring for the living, dining and study room is going to be finished in marble!! Can't wait to see how it will turn up since usually most homes are finished in the 600x600 homogenous tiles. Well... this is going to be something different!!!
